Project development includes all the steps from the identification of the site until the beginning of the construction. This path goes through many phases of collaboration with the national entities responsible for granting the licenses of a renewable power plant.
Each renewable energy source (hydro, wind, or solar) needs a specific location, involving a different regulatory framework and a natural resource assessment.
Reike provides a set of studies including a feasibility study that shows whether or not a project/plan is implementable and its profitability.
Each Development Project showing a possibility of progression should go through a careful analysis of all direct and indirect impacts on the reality of each project. It should also be conducted with very precise criteria in terms of costs, in order to be approved before initiating the operation and technical performance control. All of this will be done taking into consideration the sustainability of the sources of capital.
Reike sponsors have a solid experience in developing renewable electric plants and have been involved in more than 50 units / 400MW of developed RE projects. They developed projects into the 3 main renewable sources (hydro, wind, and solar pv) in various regions across three continents.
The main goal is to oversee the projects all the way, as quickly and efficiently as possible.
For a better environment and sustainability.
